It is a simple fact of life - smoke detectors save lives!  Our elderly, the young, and lower income households are the highest risk groups.  Smoke detectors are now being made available for the protection of these households.  This program of providing detectors represents our District's effort to increase the personal safety of citizens in their homes.

The first detector is provided at no charge.  Additional detectors are supplied at a reduced fee of $7.00 each.

The detectors will be installed at no charge by firefighters of the Little Rock-Fox Fire Protection District.

 Existing detection devices can be inspected and, if needed, recommendations made for increasing personal safety.

The program targets privately owned households within the limits of the Little Rock-Fox Fire Protection District.
